No matter the scale of our work, we challenge ourselves to create experiences that are bigger than the square footage, and that is exactly the effect in our (718 SF) One Bedroom model. We tailored our design to channel an urban entrepreneur— a sophisticated New Yorker seeking a luxury home setting that represents the physical extension of his successful business persona. The palette is hyper masculine, in steel grey and deep ocean blue. The accents are bold and unapologetic -- in lustrous copper, polished bronze, mirror black chrome and natural gunmetal, as well as richly veined marble and hand stitched leather. Bespoke and cool abound in the barstools that appear as if they are crumpled sheets of paper, a sexy custom designed couch, a walnut and leather console, a tie-dyed velour upholstered vintage Italian wingchair from the 1950’s and hand blown glass lighting. Truly this apartment excels in swagger per square foot. The bedroom also is haute bachelor pad – a headboard of backlit wenge wood inset with fiber optics, a sculptural bronze book case, and an over the top copper and leather bench are swathed in wool suiting wallpaper and set over a charcoal plush silk carpet.
